Al has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and served ten years in the business world, including experience in international business. He then served as a pastor for a time, and now for nearly forty years in international missions. During the 1980’s and 1990’s, Al and his wife, Betty, served in an “underground” ministry of training church leaders in communist Eastern Europe, and the old Soviet Union. Al has served in leadership of three different mission organizations, and has traveled in that capacity to dozens of countries around the world. Since Betty’s death in 2013, Al has continued his missionary service, including various field ministry visits to Europe, Asia and Africa.

Serving Workers for the Harvest (SWH) is a nondenominational, Christian mission organization providing a support system for numerous grass-roots outreach programs operating under the direction of SWH. SWH provides the administrative and legal structure of a 501(c)3 along with credibility, oversight and accountability for each of its programs. Our administrative team offers experience, expertise, encouragement, care and advice to program leaders so they can effectively accomplish their ministry goals.

Mark is currently the Executive Director of Interserve USA and is determined to follow Christ wherever he leads and to invite others to do the same. His own trek has taken him from entrepreneur to pastor to global ambassador. Mark launched an IT consulting business and pastored a church in Minnesota before moving with his family to Ukraine. There he taught business at a university, started a school for English learners, and began a church. That small church then trained and sent a hundred believers out as ambassadors for Jesus. Returning to the States, Mark served as COO for Entrust. His wife, Kim, has partnered with him in all his endeavors, including raising three boys overseas.

Mike graduated from Columbia Bible College and Graduate School of Missions with a BA in Bible and an MA in New Testament. He has served as a pastor in five different churches over a 30 year span. He has been traveling Internationally to help train missionaries and pastors for the past 15+ years. Currently, he serves with Timothy Two Project International as a global instructor. Mike is married to Cathy who is a schoolteacher and was on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ for many years before Mike and Cathy married. Their daughters Briana and Erica love the Lord and are serving him in ministry. Mike and Cathy live in Central Minnesota.

The Love of Christ Children's Center and School is located in an impoverished area of rural Western Kenya in the Luucho Village near the town of Bungoma. In this area many children have lost one or both of their parents and are with little or no means of support. The Center began in 2007 with a desire to provide hope for a few of these helpless little ones by supporting their physical and spiritual needs. FBC partnered with Mustard Seed Evangelical Minitries and Fredrick N. Mulei to begin this project.

Arkadiy joined and serves with International Messengers since 2002. Arkadiy married Anneke in 2004 and since then they are serving together. They have 3 kids: Misha (13), Karla (10), Erik (1). Up to February of 2022 Arkadiy and Anneke served in Odesa, Ukraine. There Arkadiy led a small group of missionaries from International Messengers, pastored Living Hope Church and served as a director of the Seaside Missionary Training Center. When the war started their family left Ukraine and is now located in Radom, Poland. While in Poland, their ministry focuses are:

• Serving Ukrainian refugees in the area of trauma care and Evangelism.
• Running Missionary Training Center in Radom, Poland.

The Pregnancy Resource Center's mission is to minister the love of Christ to pregnant couples. Pregnancy Resource Center offers free pregnancy testing, follow-up and support, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, and PAP tests. For men and women we offer testing, and screening, and consults with a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for further testing.
